The Keep It Saved concept was as emotional as it was technical. It required a design that felt private and trustworthy while remaining simple enough for older users to manage their legacies. Every feature had to be encrypted, elegantly organized, and visually reassuring. Even design and marketing elements such as PIN-restricted sections and vault-style visuals were chosen to inspire confidence and comfort during an inherently sensitive planning process.

The client had a high-level wireframe and clear vision. Aezion partnered closely with its team to build this into a viable MVP. We reviewed the content and thoughtfully organized it into intuitive, pre-defined sections for managing everything from financial records to social logins easily. Throughout the process, we remained aligned with our guiding principles: Keep It Secure, Keep It Simple.

The final product we built had a fully encrypted, cross-platform Web and Mobile experience. The key features we addressed include secure document storage, trusted family access with custom permissions, PIN-protected vault sections, and flexible pricing tiers, followed by a phased rollout. In Phase 1, we introduced a free single-section vault, and within Phase 2, we added expanded vault features and premium upgrades. Thanks to a collaborative and agile workflow, development remained smooth with minimal rework.

Keep It Saved was successfully launched and is now helping individuals confidently manage their digital legacy. From secure information storage to shared family access, the platform is making a meaningful impact by offering structure, simplicity, and peace of mind during life’s most delicate moments.
