Job description:

Looking for Young, Dynamic, Energetic, Fast Moving, Techno Savvy, Organized & Disciplined person who can hit the ground from day one without any guidance.
Prefer 5+ years’ experience in US IT Staffing, working preferably with Direct client and W2/Fulltime requirements.

Should have negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp-to-Corp, W2,1099 etc.

  • Should be well versed with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google Groups, Ciepal etc.
  • Should be able to work on multiple reqs on different technologies.
  • Should love calling & maintaining good relations with Consultants & Vendors.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Bench Sales experience added advantage.
