Challenge
NeuLine Health was struggling with their outdated EEG platform which relied on third-party tools like TeamViewer and various CRM channels. This third-party dependency caused inefficiencies and hindered effective data access. The existing platform also experienced slow response times during peak usage hours, affecting the user experiences and performance. This led NeuLine to face struggles to scale operations and simplify processes while meeting the demand scalability for real-time neurological diagnostics.
The Solution
To overcome these obstacles, NeuLine teamed up with Aezion to design and develop a custom Ambulatory EEG Workflow Management Platform called NeulineX. This system consolidated various tools and processes into a centralized solution, connecting all data and eliminating the dependency on separate platforms like TeamViewer and CRM channels. The platform integrated features such as embedded device management, remote patient monitoring, seamless coordination between patients, physicians, and technicians, and robust reporting tools.
The Aezion team upgraded the platform to NGINX for efficient load distribution and optimized code to address performance issues during peak hours. Additional enhancements included the implementation of audit logging systems for compliance, a Study Report build feature, and an audit module to streamline operational actions. These technical improvements reinforced NeuLine’s ability to scale effectively and deliver high-quality neurodiagnostic services.
Results
Within eight months, Aezion team led the successful deployment of NeulineX, a new-age ambulatory EEG platform. The new system centralized workflows, drastically improving operational efficiency by eliminating reliance on fragmented tools. NeulineX enhanced platform performance with faster response times and consistent load distribution during high-traffic periods.
